Shawn Quilty

Founder & Principal

Shawn brings over 15 years of land development and strategic advisory experience across Southern Ontario. As President of Casam Land Developments, he leads residential and mixed-use projects from sourcing through entitlement—working closely with municipal, provincial, and federal stakeholders on planning policy, zoning, and housing program alignment.

His background includes senior commercial real estate leadership, M&A advisory, and ten years in the Royal Canadian Air Force—bringing disciplined, mission-focused execution to complex development mandates.

Focus areas: Development land feasibility, affordable housing delivery, regulatory navigation, capital deployment strategy, and Indigenous housing initiatives.

Rino Spano

Principal

Rino is the Founder and CEO of Casam Group, a Toronto-based company with active operations in land development, real estate brokerage, and creative marketing. With over 25 years of experience in new home sales and real estate marketing, he has helped bring thousands of homes to market across Ontario for leading residential developers.

Through Casam Land, Rino structures joint ventures, secures equity partners, and leads planning initiatives on large-scale developments across Southwestern Ontario. His work spans campaign strategy, sales leadership, capital structuring, and entitlement execution.

Focus areas: Land investment strategy, capital partner alignment, market positioning, absorption planning, and development execution.
